System and nutrient optimization of the Vahaa soilless growing device
Different nutrient solutions and growing settings were tried in a smart home-garden device to find the best combination for leafy greens.
Aim: To optimize the growing system and the nutrient solution of the Vahaa smart home garden for plant growth.
Methods: Different nutrient solution compositions and growing settings were tried in the device and the growth of leafy greens compared.
Scope: Run as a GTÜ TTO R&D project with Vahaa and completed in 2023.
