Berkay Bütün first came to the lab for his summer internship in 2023, from the Bioengineering programme, and stayed on as a TÜBİTAK STAR undergraduate research scholar. He is a co-author on the lab’s work on biochar and perlite mixtures as substrates for soilless systems, presented at Biotech4Sus'24.
