Ayşenur Bayrak's paper is published in Agronomy

A paper by Ayşenur Bayrak, a member of our research group, was published in the journal Agronomy in June 2026. It is titled “Sulfur Supply Modulates Selenium Biofortification, Yield, and Nutritional Quality in Leafy Greens Grown in an Indoor Vertical Farm”.

Written together with Asst. Prof. Ümit Barış Kutman, the study looks at how sulfur supply affects selenium biofortification, yield and nutritional quality in leafy greens grown in an indoor vertical farm. The paper joins the lab’s publications in Q1 journals.
